Rubber - Weiss Plasticity Testing Machine High Reliability , Low Power Consumption

This machine is manufactured according to industry standards for testing plastic values of raw rubber, plastic rubber mixing, rubber compound, and rubber. The testing process involves preheating samples of specified dimensions placed between two parallel plates under controlled temperature and constant load compression, followed by measurement of sample height under applied load.

Designed for determining the William's plastic properties of raw rubber, rubber mixing, and blending elements. The machine features structural differences from general plasticity machines, referencing ANSI/ASTM standards and advanced foreign prototypes. It includes digital temperature display with adjustable settings from 0-100°C and a three-minute alarm system for enhanced timing accuracy.

• Pressure System & Work Platform: Pressure components and work platform mounted within thermostat box. Pressurized heavy hammer lifting mechanism controlled via cam operation, allowing axial sliding movement. Dial indicator mounted on top bracket measures specimen deformation from pressure hammer displacement.
• Temperature Control: Thermostat system comprising electric heater, platinum thermal resistance, temperature switches, and digital temperature display regulator components.
• Timing & Alarm System: Integrated circuit timing system offering compact structure, high reliability, and low power consumption. Automatic 3-minute test cycle with auto-stop, hammer release, timer reset, and immediate re-operation capability.

Conforms with GB/T 12828 "Raw rubber and rubber compound determination of plasticity and recovery values" and other relevant standards.

Suitable for rubber manufacturing, tire production, and reclaimed rubber facilities.
